The People Who Make The Difference

Kate A. Bosh

Associate

Kate joined the firm as an associate in August 2025. Her practice focuses on Colorado water law and adjacent environmental, regulatory, and governmental matters for a variety of public and private clients. Kate has handled matters before Colorado state and water courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kate graduated from Colorado Law at the University of Colorado, Boulder in May 2023, where she served as Articles Editor for the Colorado Environmental Law Journal. During law school, she interned with the Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Clinic, Denver District Court, and a boutique law firm specializing in water law. She also volunteered for the Acequia Assistance Project and continues to provide pro bono legal services to the Acequia Assistance Project as a supervising attorney. Prior to law school, Kate pursued a career in nonprofit fundraising for organizations including UNICEF New Zealand. Kate’s interest in Colorado water law stems from her love of Western creeks and rivers, where she spends most of her free time when not in the office.
