Ashley Pollock Zahedi practices in the areas of water adjudications, well permitting, water planning, litigation, local government law, and real property matters. Her clients include municipalities, special districts, real estate developers, golf course operators, ranch owners, ditch companies, reservoir operators, water districts, private landowners, and a wide variety of businesses.
As a dedicated professional, Ashley understands the importance of effective water resource management. Her experience includes navigating the complex world of securing and changing water rights to meet various needs, as well as protecting existing water rights from potential injury. Clients rely on Ashley’s strategic guidance and long-term water planning insights to optimize their water rights projects.
Ashley’s practice includes serving as general counsel and special counsel to Colorado local governments, with a particular focus on municipal, special district law, and water law. In addition to her work with local governments, Ashley also assists homeowners and developers in their interactions with these entities. She is well-versed in land use law, annexation and inclusions, eminent domain, and agreements for services. With a sharp attention to detail and a strategic approach, Ashley ensures that her clients’ interests are protected and their objectives are achieved.
