Nicoli R. Bowley

Senior Associate


Nicoli began working as a law clerk in May 2022 and has been an associate since May 2023. She serves clients including municipalities, real estate developers, ditch companies, and individual property owners.

Nicoli graduated from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in May 2022, where she was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award, the Outstanding Graduating Student Award from the Student Bar Association, and Public Good Distinction.

While in law school, Nicoli interned with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office in the Natural Resources and Environment Section where she was licensed under the Student Practice Act and argued in front of the Colorado Ground Water Commission. She also interned with the Geologic Resources Division of the National Park Service, the Colorado Water Trust, and the Southern Plains Land Trust. She also served on the editorial board of the University of Denver’s Water Law Review for two years, as well as the board for the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Society. She participated in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition for two years by invitation only.
